Reading Borough Council have asked for public feedback on their proposal to close the Willows residential care home on Hexham Road in Whitley. Responses need to be returned by 24 October.
The English health and social care regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), inspected the Willows Specialist Dementia Unit and Intermediate Care Service on Hexham Road in March and said that it “requires improvement.”
