Where in the ward is this?
It is a permanent feature in a publicly accessible place somewhere in Katesgrove ward, in Reading.

Looks like no-one’s going to get this one, and it’s one of the largest structures in Katesgrove that we’ve shown on “Where in the Ward.”
It’s the external chimney-breast to the mansion at the bottom of Kendrick Road (I think it’s ‘1 Kendrick Road’). The fluted structure must be about 12 feet tall, and it’s visible from the public paths at the base of the student accommodation on Crown place.
You can just see an oblique view of the structures at the side of the right-hand building under the chimney pots in this Google streetview taken from London Rd. There is a better view from the student blocks directly below the structures, but there is no streetview from there.
