The Minster & Katesgrove Neighbourhood Policing team are continuing to disrupt drug use, dealing and street drinking in St Giles Close, South Street, London Street, Whitley Street and Katesgrove Lane.
The team has released their September neighbourhood policing report where they say they have also been investigating diesel thefts from North Whitley.
Several motorists were warned about speeding on Kendrick Road in August and one vehicle was seized for having no insurance. Thames Valley Police say that speed enforcement exercises are conducted to deter burglaries and other crimes in the area.
“If you witness any suspicious behaviour or have any information, then please contact the team using the non-emergency number 101. If you wish to remain anonymous, then you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111,” said Police Sergeant Chris Davies.
The next Thames Valley Police “Have your say meeting” will take place at the Concierge Office, 205 Wensley Road on Saturday 3 October 2015 from 12 midday until 1pm.
